What do you do when you meet on a quiet stretch of beach half a globe away from home for one of you, and half a suburb away from home for the other, with but a short few days to get to know one another.

You take a chance.

What do you do when you can't explore what this could be until one of you spontaneously buys the other one a round the world plane ticket to spend a month together in Tasmania, despite only knowing each other for a week? When you can't even begin to start anything unless one of you upends your entire life on naught but an excited flutter in the stomach, and the hope that this might be it?

You take a chance.

What do we you when the careers you started, the education you invested in, the years of toil you spent, no longer sustains you? When we get a wild idea to start a regenerative farm only a year into whatever this story of yours might be?

You take a chance.

If there's one defining thing about each of us, it's that we aren't afraid to go all in the pursuit of something wonderful.
